Understanding how I fit in the world and what my role in it is, I’ve been able to learn how to deal with people and things around me much better. It’s true, that most things come with experience, but you can also learn from others who’ve been through the mill and developed tools and mechanisms to cope with the daily grind, and more so, ourselves. One such person is Shenaaz Moos of Happy Confident Me Counseling and Workshops.
Shenaaz Moos is a Registered Psychological Counsellor, a mother of 3 and like me, loves to talk 🙂 . Shenaaz saw a great need for offering emotional support to adults, children, couples and families in her community. Shenaaz specialises in counseling and workshops for Adults and Children that focus on building Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
